1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for this in-person event ("the Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

- Sept 6th in Orange County
- Sept 20th in Dallas
- Sept 27th in Nashville
- Oct 4th in New York
- Oct 11th in Philadelphia
- Oct 18th in Fort Lauderdale
- Nov 1st in Denver
- Nov 8th in San Francisco
- Nov 15th in TBD
- Event Includes:
- Introduction and theory behind the method
- Group breathwork, self-bodywork, and emotional release ceremony
- Demonstration of a 1-on-1 session
- Practice giving & receiving a 1-on-1 session
- VIP tickets include a 90-minute private session with Nick, scheduled the week of the event in the same city. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your availability. If no suitable time is found, we may offer to schedule your session in a future city (based on availability). If neither is possible, your ticket will be downgraded to an individual ticket and the price difference refunded.
3. Registration and Payment
You may reserve your spot with a 50% deposit at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your original payment method 14 days before the scheduled Event.
By registering, you authorize The Bionic Method to process this remaining payment without additional notice.
If your balance is not successfully paid, your spot may be forfeited and offered to someone on the waitlist.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative arrangements as necessary.
5. Transfer Policy
Registrations are non-transferable. Only the individual who registers may attend or access the purchased services.
6. Health and Safety
Participants must adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by the Event organizers. If you have health concerns, consult your healthcare provider before attending.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided are the intellectual property of The Bionic Method and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event or Training without a refund.
9. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal belongings.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Bionic Method is not liable for personal injury, emotional distress, or damages incurred during Events, Group Events, or Training.
11. Assumption of Risk
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with breathwork, myofascial release, and somatic stretching.
12. Medical Disclosure
Certain medical conditions may be contraindicated for participation, including pregnancy, epilepsy, and severe mental health conditions. Consult your healthcare provider before participating.
13. Media Release
By participating, you grant The Bionic Method permission to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, notify organizers prior to the start of the Event.
14. VIP Session Scheduling Policy
VIP ticket holders are entitled to one 90-minute private session with Nick, to be scheduled in the days leading up to the Event in the same city. You will be contacted in advance to coordinate scheduling.
We will make every effort to find a mutually agreeable time. If a session cannot be scheduled during that week:
- We may offer the opportunity to schedule in a different city, subject to availability and space limitations.
- If no acceptable date can be arranged, your registration will convert to a standard full-day ticket and the difference in price will be refunded.
15. Modification of Terms
The Bionic Method reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
