Welcome. Whether this is your first time doing somatic work or you’ve explored other healing modalities before, we’re honored you’re here.
The Bionic Method is unlike anything else. It’s emotional release, somatic bodywork, breathwork, and energy healing—woven together into one powerful experience. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know to prepare for your first session.
1. Come Hydrated
Water helps your body move energy. Please drink plenty of water before your session—and avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand.
2. Dress Comfortably
Sessions are fully clothed. We recommend wearing a t-shirt or tank top and either shorts or soft, loose-fitting pants. You’ll be lying down and breathing deeply, so comfort is key.
3. Give Yourself Time After
You may feel tired afterward, emotionally tender, or even euphoric. Set aside time to rest and process. A walk, a salt bath, or quiet time alone is ideal. Be gentle with yourself.
4. Payment Methods
We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, and all major credit cards.
No two sessions are the same—but here’s what most people can expect during their first visit:
Emotional Mapping
We’ll begin by getting clear on what’s alive in your body right now. Based on your intake and our intuitive reading of your body, we’ll identify where specific emotions may be stored.
Breathwork
We use breath to unlock the body and soften the nervous system. You may begin with fast, activating breaths or slower, grounding ones. This prepares your system to safely feel and release.
Somatic Bodywork
This isn’t massage. It’s targeted emotional release. We apply slow, sustained pressure to very specific points that hold emotional charge. As these areas are activated, you may feel waves of memory, emotion, or physical sensation. You’re always in control—and fully supported.
Emotional Release
Tears, shaking, heat, and spontaneous insights are all normal. Some people cry. Others laugh. Some feel peace. Others feel like something just broke free inside them. There’s no “right way” to release—only what’s true for you.
What should I wear?
These sessions are clothed. We suggest either a tank-top or t-shirt. We recommend shorts or loose sweatpants.
What happens if I cry or get emotional?
That’s the point. Our job is to create a space where it’s safe to feel everything. Nothing is too much. We welcome it all.
Will I feel tired after?
Yes. Most clients feel like they just let go of something they’d been holding for years. This work is deep and real. Fatigue is common, and a sign your system is resetting.
Are there side effects?
Most common are emotional release, muscle soreness, and fatigue. These pass quickly. Hydration, rest, and electrolytes help your body recover.
Is this safe during pregnancy?
We do not recommend this work while pregnant. Please consult your doctor before booking.
What if I can’t make my appointment?
You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full session amount.
The effects of emotional release aren’t just felt in your heart—they show up all over your life. When your body stops holding onto old stress, everything starts to work better.
Here are just a few of the shifts people experience after sessions:
You don’t need to be “ready.” You don’t need to be spiritual. You don’t need to know what’s going to come up.
All you need to do is show up—and let your body do the rest.
