Your Healing Journey Starts Here

The Bionic Method is a guided somatic experience that helps you reconnect with your body through breath, movement, music, touch, and focused somatic practices.

You may cry, laugh, shake, see colors, relive forgotten memories, or experience powerful shifts in emotion and body awareness. Our sessions are often compared to taking plant medicine (without the use of substances). Many participants describe the experience as deeply immersive and unlike anything they've experienced before.

Let's Get Started:

This is Nick's last year traveling the country doing 1-on-1 sessions. At the end of the year, he is opening up a wellness center in Austin and will be taking a step back from 1-on-1s.

I’m Nick and just a few years ago, I was a software engineer with a burning question that I couldn’t shake:

Why do we store specific emotions in our bodies and how can we release them?

I experienced my own emotional breakthrough during an energy healing session, but the healer couldn’t explain why it happened. That left me on a journey to uncover the answers myself.

What I discovered changed my life and thousands of others.

I developed The Bionic Method: a unique combination of emotional mapping, touch, and energy release that helps clients heal from their deepest traumas.

I have mapped 52 precise pressure-points in the body, each with their own distinct emotional stress. For example, financial instability lives in the right knee and traumatic pregancies in the outer left knee.

I know this sounds "woo woo" but... What I have found is by knowing where, how, and when to press on certain trigger points, you can make the brain think of a precise memory from the past.

My sessions have been compared to taking plant medicine in terms of effects.

It's very common to experience temperature shifts throughout the session. You may feel cold during parts of the session. It's common to sweat during the session and throughout the rest of the day.

It's normal to visualize things with your eyes open or closed. Anywhere from different color lightning bolts to vivid images of your past.

You may have the urge to giggle, laugh, scream, cough, yawn, and cry during these sessions.

You may recall distant memories both during the session and for several days after.

This is not talk therapy. You don't need to believe in "woo woo" or any type of faith. Just come in with an open mind.
