About the Bionic Method


The Bionic Method is a healing experience that helps you release the emotions your body has been holding onto.

Sometimes tension, anxiety, or emotional heaviness doesn’t come from your thoughts—it comes from what’s stuck in your body. This work helps you get to the root of that, not just the surface symptoms.

It’s not about talking things out. It’s about letting your body do the talking—and finally, the releasing.

Emotional Mapping


Every session begins with a deeper understanding of what your body is trying to say. Over thousands of client experiences, we’ve discovered that specific emotions consistently show up in specific areas of the body. This emotional mapping is the heart of The Bionic Method.

The jaw, for example, often holds the weight of shame—especially the kind we never talk about. The psoas, deep in the core, tends to store the energy of obsession and control. These aren’t just metaphors. They’re patterns we see every day. And once we know where to look, we can begin to help the body let go.

Bodywork


This isn’t a typical massage. It’s not about loosening muscles—it’s about unlocking memories. Our bodywork focuses on emotional trigger points: specific areas of physical tension that correspond to emotional experiences.

With slow, sustained pressure, we meet the body in its language—not forcing, not fixing, but listening. We work layer by layer, giving space for the nervous system to unwind and the emotions underneath to come forward.

Breathwork


The breath is the bridge between what you’re holding and what you’re ready to release. Breathwork is used to awaken, open, and soften the body before physical release work begins. At other times, it’s used to clear out stuck energy after a wave of emotional release.

Whether it’s short and activating or long and grounding, the breath helps regulate the nervous system so the body can process safely, without shutting down or getting overwhelmed.

Sound Healing


Once the body begins to release, the nervous system needs a moment to recalibrate—and that’s where sound and stillness come in. The Bionic Method incorporates curated soundscapes and guided meditations to help the body integrate what it's just let go of.

The Bionic Method began with one question: Why did I just cry?

After experiencing a powerful emotional release in my own body, I was left with more questions than answers. What had just come up? Where did it come from? And why did something shift without me saying a single word?

I wanted to understand not just that I had released something, but what it was. I needed a map. A framework. A way to make sense of it—so I could go deeper, come back to it, and eventually help others do the same.

What followed was years of exploration, thousands of sessions, and one undeniable truth: our bodies hold more than we realize. And when we learn how to listen, they tell us exactly where to begin.

What should I do to prepare?

Please be hydrated and try to avoid eating for at least two hours before your session. Your confirmation email will include more information.


What should I wear?

These sessions are clothed. We suggest either a tank-top or t-shirt. We recommend shorts or loose sweatpants.


What should I do after?

Take it easy. You will feel tired. Hydrate and make sure to drink some electrolytes!
Enjoy a nice walk. Soak in an epsom salt bath. Meditate.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.


What if I can’t make my appointment?
  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a refund — just send us a DM, text, or email (refunds aren’t automatic).
  • Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full session fee due to high demand

We do not recommend this treatment during pregnancy. Please consult with your healthcare provider before booking a session.


What happens if I feel emotional or start crying during the session?

This is completely normal and a sign that emotional energy is being released. Our practitioners are experienced in supporting emotional releases in a safe, non-judgmental space.


Will I feel tired after the session?

Yes, it’s common to feel fatigued or “emotionally drained” after a session, as the body lets go of stored energy. Rest, hydrate, and nourish your body afterward.


Are there any side effects from the session?

Common side effects include:

  • Fatigue

These are normal as your body processes and releases stored energy.
